Young people, and young entrepreneurs, have been particularly hard hit by the pandemic and the global cost of living crisis. Sustained investment in youth entrepreneurship can unlock the potential of young people to shape their futures and contribute to a more inclusive economic recovery.

In this deep-dive and workshop presented by Youth Business International, participants will:

• Explore a toolkit designed to make inclusivity practical and meaningful, particularly for entrepreneur support organizations focused on underserved populations.
• Discuss how to identify inclusion and diversity priorities and reflect on how programs and services can be more inclusive.
• Learn strategies that have effectively supported youth in Palestine, Kenya, Bolivia, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Spain, Vietnam, Botswana, Nigeria, Uganda, Germany, and Turkey.

This session will consider inclusivity in real-life settings, from management and recruitment to safe spaces, and share processes for shaping inclusivity to meet needs within local contexts.
